Each banner will celebrate a specific individual, featuring their name, photo (preferably in uniform), branch of service, and era of service.
The: 30" x 60" banners cost $250 per banner with financial assistance possibly available for qualifying families. There will be two blocks of time set aside for each collection of banners. The first 45 banners will be displayed for at least two years (November 2025 through 2027 is the initial period) or until it shows signs of wear, after which it will be returned to the sponsor. The next program period will feature 45 new banners displayed 2028 through 2029.
