Financial Management Series
The Management Workshop Series provides practical training for municipal professionals. Workshops have been divided into four series: Essentials of Municipal Management, Department and Workforce Management, Human Relations Management, and Financial Management.
To provide this series, the League has partnered with long-time professional manager, founder of NJ Community Solutions, LLC, and NJLM Labor Consultant Matt Watkins.
For the convenience of attendees, all workshops are offered as online webinars.
