On Thursday the Senate will consider the COVID-19 bill package passed by the Assembly earlier this week. The bill package includes legislation addressing budgetary, election, Open Public Meetings Act, Open Public Records Act, and employee leave issues that have arisen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please note that some of the legislation is for the COVID-19 pandemic while other legislation is for a declared State of Emergency, Public Health Emergency or State of Local Disaster Emergency.
