On Monday, the State Health Benefits Commission (SHBC) held its regularly scheduled meeting, where the rate renewal numbers could be discussed and adopted. After several closed sessions, the rate renewal numbers were not discussed or adopted.
The next scheduled SHBC meeting is September 23; however, the Commission did indicate that it expects to meet again before the next regularly scheduled meeting. As more information becomes available, the League will provide updates.
