There continues to be no progress in efforts to mitigate the impact of the unprecedented health care contribution increase for State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) participants and employers. As reported last week, employers are beginning to leave the system and the League, the Conference of Mayors, and the Association of Counties continue our collective push for an immediate solution. Please take every opportunity to communicate with your Legislators and the Administration about the urgency of the situation and need for immediate relief.
