As a reminder of previously shared information, the deadline for municipalities to file their American Rescue Plan (ARP) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Project and Expenditure report is in 3 days, on Saturday, April 30. A report should be filed even if funds have not been expended.
This deadline applies to municipalities classified by the U.S. Treasury Department as Metropolitan Cities with populations of less than 250,000 residents that were allocated less than $10 million in SLFRF funds and Non-entitlements Units (NEUs) of government that were allocated less than $10 million in SLFRF funding.
