The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has released a new funding opportunity, Optimizing Treatment Strategies for Adult Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This program advances evidence-based approaches for adult ADHD treatment, including non-stimulant medications, psychosocial interventions, and device-based therapies. Municipal governments, along with other eligible entities such as counties, shoud consider applying, as the outcomes of these studies could directly inform local health initiatives, community mental health programs, and partnerships with public health agencies.
Applications are due by November 25, and municipal leaders are advised to review the NIH guidance and coordinate with local health departments or academic partners. For more information on this opportunity please visit grants.gov.
