[ARCHIVED] Public Works Contractor Registration Rules Readopted

The Public Works Contractor Registration Act rules N.J.A.C. 12:62-1.11 through 12:62-2.6 were readopted on April 23, 2025, without change following the Department of Labor and Workforce Development review. The rules were set to expire on June 7, 2025. The readopted rules will expire on April 23, 2032.
