The public comment period has concluded and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development has readopted Safety & Health Standards for Public Employees. The rules for the New Jersey Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health Act (NJ PEOSH) are in effect through March 24, 2032.
