On March 5 at 12 noon, join us and register for the League's Lunch and Learn session on Garden State Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (“C-PACE”). This briefing will address how the program will provide a new form of financing for renewable energy, energy efficiency, water conservation, and certain types of resiliency-related improvements for New Jersey. Repayment for these investments are made via special assessment, like a sewer charge, and thus municipalities must opt-in to participate in the C-PACE program.
