[ARCHIVED] Legislation Signed Amending Fire Safety Statutes Licensure & Equipment Requirements

On Monday, Governor Murphy signed A-3894 which amends fire safety statutes regarding licensure and equipment requirements. 

A new requirement requires that each structure that contains a secondary power source must have a label installed within 18 inches of the main electrical panel and electrical meter warning of the danger associated with secondary power source.
