The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will host a webinar on July 24 from 10 to 11:30 am to discuss the recently effective Inland Flood Protection Rule.
The Inland Flood Protection Rule became effective July 17. The amendments are an attempt to modernize the Flood Hazard Area Control Act and Stormwater Management rules by incorporating current and projected precipitation data.
The webinar is free and will include State Floodplain Administrator Vincent Mazzei Jr., P.E., and Stormwater Management Program Manager Gabriel Mahon.
