  1. Navigating the Slippery Slope of Ethics in Today's Challenging Environment

    October 17, 2018, 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM @ Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights

Ethics for those in government reaches far beyond the Local Government Ethics Laws. This seminar will review the various New Jersey Ethics Statutes and recent case law. In addition, the seminar will address the “ethics” of harassment, discrimination, personnel restrictions and requirements, social media, enhanced conflicts of interest scrutiny, “green” philosophies, and other “ripped from the headlines” topics.
