Treasury Testifies Again Before Senate Budget Committee on FY26 Budget

Public Works Contractor Registration Rules Readopted  

The Public Works Contractor Registration Act rules have been readopted and were effective on April 23, 2025.

Historic District Land Use Bill Usurps Local Authority 

On Thursday, the Assembly Commerce, Economic Development, and Agriculture Committee favorably reported A-5241, which limits development in specifically designed historic districts. The League opposes this legislation as it usurps municipal authority.
