This week the League will host two Lunch and Learn briefings: an overview of the new series of affordable housing legislation on January 23, and a focus on State of Emergency Declarations and other Emergency Management-related topics on January 24.

Lunch & Learn: Briefing on Affordable Housing Legislation

As the new legislative term begins a series of affordable housing have been introduced. On Tuesday, January 23 at 12 noon, the League will provide an overview of the legislation and insights into possible legislative hearings on the introduced bills. There will be a question-and-answer period. The event is free, but advance registration is required. 

Lunch & Learn: States of Emergency with State Police Col. Callahan

Join us on January 24 at 12 noon for a “States of Emergency: A Conversation with New Jersey Office of Emergency Management, State Director, Colonel Patrick Callahan” Lunch & Learn session. The webinar will focus on State of Emergency Declarations and other Emergency Management-related topics. There will be a question-and-answer period. The event is free, but advance registration is required. This is a must-attend for anyone involved in emergency management in your municipality.
