Legislative Leaders Announce Bills to Amend Fair Housing Act

Assembly Speaker Coughlin and Senate President Scutari held a joint press conference today to announce legislation to amend the Fair Housing Act to eliminate COAH, address municipal obligations, and other changes to NJ’s affordable housing policy.
