NJLM Lunch and Learn: Lead-Paint Guidance Materials Available

NJLM’s Lunch and Learn series continued on June 3 with a briefing featuring Kia King, Director of Policy & External Affairs for the Department of Community Affairs, and Marie Daniels, Program Specialist 2, Regulatory Program, Code Development Unit, Division of Codes and Standards. They provided a general overview of lead-based paint hazards and the associated requirements for municipalities under P.L. 2021, Chapter 182.
