The Exhibitor Service Manual includes all of the information and forms necessary to order items for your exhibit booth (furnishings, utilities, internet, shipping, lead retrieval, labor, etc.). Please review the forms carefully and if you have any questions, contact the service supplier listed on the form. Also, please note that each form is sent back to a specific supplier; do not send these forms to the League of Municipalities.
Furnishings and Utilities are NOT Included
Exhibitors are responsible for all booth furnishings (tables, chairs, carpet, etc.) and utilities. These items are not included with the booth but can be ordered through the forms included in the manual. Furnishings can also be provided by the exhibitor.
In the “Exhibitor Log In” box, enter the Username and Password This information was sent via email on August 21 to the main exhibitor contact. If you registered for a booth after August 21, your login information will be sent in your confirmation package.
