This seminar will discuss the study released by the Rutgers’ Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs titled “Is South Jersey Getting It’s Fair Share of Public Goods?” This seminar will discuss the study and explain its key points. The seminar will then have a panel discussion with South Jersey State and Municipal Leaders.
