CEU credit for webinars

Wireless Service Providers and Infrastructure Owners are demanding access to your rights-of-way.  What is the scope of municipal authority to regulate placement of these structures in the rights-of-way? Must you allow 120-foot monopoles in the streets?  Can you prevent unsafe or unauthorized installations?  How do new federal rules impact collocation of facilities in the rights-of-way?  These are just a few of the questions and concerns being raised as multiple entities seek to deploy wireless facilities in communities across the country.  Don't miss this event as our panel of experts discuss rights-of-way siting issues of importance to local governments and their residents.
