The Joint Legislative
Committee on Constitutional Reform and Citizens Property
Tax Constitutional Convention will meet on Thursday, August
17, 2006 at 1:00 PM in Committee Room 4, 1st Floor, State
House Annex, Trenton, NJ.
The committee
will hear invited testimony by Professor Robert F. Williams,
Associate Director of the Center for State Constitutional
Studies and Distinguished Professor of Law, Rutgers University,
Camden. Professor Williams will address the committee regarding
the Uniformity Clause and Tax Exemption provisions of the
State Constitution.
