Tomorrow we will have a League of Municipalities Press Conference on Restitution of $189 Municipal Budget Cuts, Thursday, April 17, 2008, 1:00 – 2:30, Room 109, State House, Trenton
Purpose
For the sake of New Jersey’s long-suffering property taxpayers, we will continue to fight for meaningful, predictable and dependable property tax relief funding. And, for this year, that means restoration of the full $189 million in municipal funding, which is slated to be cut in the Governor’s proposed budget.
