Re: Public Hearing Set on Proposed Amendments to Vegetation Management Rules

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) has scheduled a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the Vegetation Management Rules adopted on February 14, 2008. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at:

Two Gateway Center
Newark, NJ

The BPU has also extended the comment period in connection with these proposed amendments through July 22, 2009.
