Dear Mayor:

1. Age-Restricted Conversions
   
   As indicated in our June 5 Dear Mayor letter, the State Senate voted in favor of S-2577/A-3772, which allows for the conversion of age-restricted units to market rate.   The bill is now scheduled for a vote by the General Assembly on Thursday.
   
   
2. Inherently Beneficial Uses: A-3062/S-1303
   
   This legislation, which has previously passed the Senate, is scheduled for a vote in the General Assembly on Thursday.   The League outlined its opposition in our May 14 Dear Mayor letter.
