Re:      Foreclosure Clinic

Dear Mayor:

We received notice from the office of Senator Menendez, who will be hosting a Free Foreclosure Clinic on Saturday June 7.  We pass this along to you to provide to any constituents who may benefit from this event.  The purpose of this clinic is to connect struggling homeowners with servicers and counselors in the hope to provide some relief. Sen. Menendez’s Constituent Services staff, representatives from national banks and HUD-approved housing counseling agencies will offer free services and counseling to New Jerseyans facing foreclosure.  Representatives and experts will meet directly with constituents. All participants should bring their mortgage documents and photocopies.
