Re:  Proposed Amendments to Vegetation Management Rules

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is proposing amendments to the Vegetation Management Rules adopted on February 14, 2008, in response to stakeholder comments and further research and investigation. The BPU is soliciting comments in connection with these proposed amendments through July 17, 2009.
