Re: 2009 NJ Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program Information Session - May 14, 2009

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has scheduled an information session to discuss the 2009 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program (NJEITFP).  This meeting is for all applicants for projects posted on the priority lists on the DEP website (link on the home page under Featured Topics).  It will be held at:

May 14, 2009, 10:00 a.m.

Plainsboro, New Jersey

Borrowers, their engineers, bond counsel, and financial advisors are invited to attend this voluntary morning session.  NJEIFP staff will discuss detailed aspects of the 2009 Financing Program. Although staff will answer questions from the audience, attendees are encouraged to forward questions to staff@njeit.org prior to May 14 to aid the staff in developing discussion topics. Attendance is free, registration will be at the door, and beverages will be served.
