Re:   COAH Briefings

Dear Mayor:

Starting in June, the League will sponsor a series of regional COAH briefings to update our membership on the status of the COAH 3rd round litigation and provide answers to our members regarding the COAH regulations and the preparation and implementation of plans.

The first of these programs will be held at:

Bergen County Community College
Tuesday, June 16, 2009
10 AM—12 Noon.    

Registration for this program will be $35 for members and $65 for non-members.    The program will feature comments and a presentation from a legal and planning perspective.

We announce additional programs in the upcoming weeks. Registration materials for this June 16 program will also be available at a later date.  In the meanwhile, questions can be directed to Mike Cerra at mcerra@njslom.com or at 609-695-3481 x120.
