Last week, Governor Corzine signed into law the following, which are important to New Jersey municipalities.
S335 / ACS for A1518 / A1430 – Authorizes each municipality that shares courtroom facilities with one or more municipalities to appoint a judge and an administrator. (P.L.2008, c.2) http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2008/Bills/AL08/2_.PDF
S795 / A1912 – Appropriates $33 million from "Garden State Green Acres Preservation Trust Fund" for State acquisition of lands for recreation and conservation purposes. (P.L.2008, c.3) http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/2008/Bills/AL08/3_.PDF
A1910 / S796 – Delays effective date of recycling tax and adjusts allocation of moneys in the State Recycling Fund. (P.L.2008, c.6)
