Re:    CY 2008 Length of Service Award Programs (LOSAP) Cost of Living Increase Notice

The Division of Local Government Services has issued the annual Local Finance Notice concerning the annual cost of living increases for Length of Service Award Programs (LOSAP) for volunteer fire and first aid organizations.  Local Finance Notice 2008-26 also includes general information about LOSAPs and their management.
