Everyone recognizes that we are all under hard economic times, but once again the formula used for funding (CMPTRA) is unfair to the smaller municipalites. We have not increased our operating expenses from last year and have dissolved the Public Assistance Program, offered early retirement packages and participate with other communities in shared services programs. Please do not penalize my community, because of its size.
