In a town with less than 10,000 residents, and with a budget of 9.6 million, we struggled every year to stay afloat. With the municipal aid cut of $200,000 we are just about out of business. Our school district with a $63 million dollar budget is getting increased aid from the state. What's wrong with this picture. How about spreading the cut over a number of years, and do the same with the Police Fire pension contribution. The Governor wants to eliminate small towns like us, someone can tell him his plan is working. Mike Cannon
