In a town where much of our ratable property is already occupied by County tax-exempt properties, the current budget cut puts us in a position where we must cut essential services to our residents, as well as draining what small reserves we had. Please consider reversing the decision.
$165,000 doesn't sound like a lot, but to Belvidere it's a critical loss.
