Session Overview
There will be multiple, separate “round table discussions” with specific emphasis on the processes involved in developing shared service contracts and in consolidation efforts, sharing services in the Public Safety and Public Works functional areas, as well as the sharing of specialized services with local school systems. Each of these round table discussions will involve practitioners who have experience not only in the functional area being discussed, but in efforts to share those services. Pragmatic and practical advice will be provided to address specific questions by municipal officials and other interested parties.
