Re:  Assembly to Consider Housing Legislation

Dear Mayor:

On Monday, the Assembly Housing and Local Government Committee will consider both A-3447 and S-1.  Each bill abolished the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) and makes other changes to the State’s affordable housing laws.
