Re: 4th Annual Everything Jersey: Business Statewide Conference and Expo
In 1941, the US entered into an agreement with its Allies to help support them with goods, ammunition and other material to help win the war. This was called the Lend Lease Act. Allowing the United States to think outside the box made this law unique and successful for our friends. It is an outstanding example of how an unconventional approach can lead to success. We face a new war; we face unprecedented hurdles that affect our municipalities along with the business and citizens who reside there. The NJLM and the State Chamber of Commerce realize this, and are working together to unveil a new partnership to forge best practices for business relationships between companies and municipalities. With that I am pleased to invite you to the 4th Annual Everything Jersey: Business Statewide Conference and Expo at the Pines Manor, Edison, NJ.
The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and The Star-Ledger will once again partner on October 26 for this event, which has been a major success, last year benefiting sponsors, 150 exhibitors and over 1,000 attendees. The feedback was extremely positive, with many saying they have secured long-lasting business partnerships.
At this event, there will be an opportunity for public sector procurement officials to be “matched” with private sector vendors, for current and/or future opportunities. In addition, there will be continuing education sessions for procurement officials. Finally, the State Chamber will be unveiling a new online matchmaking tool to enhance the bidding process. With today’s challenges that we face, we should make it a point to be there and benefit from the opportunities offered.
I have attached a flyer for the event and you can see it will feature more cross-industry exhibitors, increased matchmaking and networking opportunities, special prize drawings, high level keynote speakers, and procurement specialists from corporations and government to attract business owners.
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to participate in an event that focuses on the needs and interests of the both the public and private sectors. Please complete the attached form and mail it back to the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, or go online at www.njchamber.com\ejb If you have any questions, please contact Eliza Stasi at (609) 989-7888 ext. 150 or e-mail her at firstname.lastname@example.org
It was out of the box thinking that has brought us through challenging times in the past and this kind of thinking will help project us to better times ahead.
Very truly yours,
