On behalf of TPC Jasna Polana, we’d like to enlist your assistance in supporting the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces by participating as either a sponsor, participant, or donor of an item to the raffle or auction for our Birdies for the Brave charity golf outing on Monday, October 25, 2010.
Part of the PGA TOUR’s national Birdies for the Brave (B4B) program, this fundraising event underscores the

National Guard State Family Readiness Council – Supported by TOUR Player, Jim Colbert, this non-profit organization is dedicated to providing financial assistance to deployed military families in grant form.
Your generous contribution as a sponsor or auction/raffle donor will greatly assist TPC Jasna Polana by increasing our overall charitable donations. This year’s goal is to raise more than $1.5 million for this important cause throughout the TPC Network. Sponsorships and donations should be made payable to PGA TOUR Charities, Inc. (a public charity organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code) Tax ID # 592774423. Donations are tax deductible as a charitable contribution to the extent permitted by law.
As a golf participant, your Entry Fee will include the use of the Practice Facility, cart fees, green fees, and an evening reception. The format will be Individual Stroke Play.
