WHAT WILL BE COVERED?

Strategic Planning
You have a vision for your municipality and you want to see it realized.  To be successful, your efforts need sound strategy and a good plan that keeps the many moving parts on the same focused track.  In this workshop, we'll review ways to reinforce concrete goals and intangible results you want for your Sustainable Jersey efforts.  Practical walkthrough tools will help you create or update a Strategic Plan in your own town!

Asset & Outreach Mapping
Asset & Outreach Mapping is an approach to organizational relationship management that ties connections to Identity, Promotion and Organizational Goals.  Many leaders are good at making and maintaining powerful relationships, but few organizations understand the interconnected nature of those relationships for even more effective and meaningful encounters.

Through this workshop, you'll learn how to plot the best approach to key relationships that will move your Sustainability efforts forward.  Practical tools will help you construct a powerful Asset & Outreach Map to use in your own municipality.
