Re: Important Conference Sessions Transportation Matters

Dear Mayor:

This is the fifth topic highlight letter that is meant to help you prepare to make the most of your time at our 99th Annual Conference. If you build a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door. Then, at some point, the municipality will have to accept dedication of the thoroughfare, pave it, maintain it and police it. Your citizens and businesses depend on local roads. And transportation matters will regularly pop up on your governing body agendas. Good decisions on these matters can promote economic development and provide environmental protection. The sessions listed below will deal with various aspects of this topic.
