Re: Red Tape Review Commission Public Hearing Tuesday, September 30, 2014
The Red Tape Review Commission just announced its next public hearing at 11:00 am on Tuesday September 30, 2014. The meeting will be held at the New Jersey State House Annex, Room 16, located at 125 West State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. Members of the public are invited to provide commentary that concerns overly burdensome regulations or processes in their interactions with State government. If you are interested in testifying please let us know.
Witnesses are encouraged to register before the meeting by emailing the Commission at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephoning (609) 984-1278 to reserve a place in the speakers’ lineup. Also, witnesses should submit a written copy of their comments, preferably beforehand. This can also be done via the red tape e-mail address. Witnesses submitting comments on the day of the meeting should provide 10 copies to the Commission staff so that each Commissioner will have a copy to reference during the speaker’s presentation. If applicable, the Commission requests that witnesses provide the citations to the specific provision(s) of the New Jersey Administrative Code that they propose to discuss. To accommodate all attendees, commentary is limited to 3 minutes per speaker.
If you are attending or have any suggestions for items for the Red Tape Review Commission or any questions please do not hesitate to contact Ed Purcell Esq. at 609-695-3481 x137 or by e-mail at email@example.com
Very truly yours,
