Re: I. Replacement Membership Plaque
Dear Municipal Clerk:
Each member municipality receives an attractive blue and white member plaque for display in your municipal building. Over the years, it may have been misplaced or broken.
If this is the case, we want to replace it.
The blue logo and lettering proudly states that you are a member of the oldest and largest organization dedicated to serving the interests of 's municipal governing bodies. Let your fellow officials and municipal employees know that your municipality is not alone in the fight for good government.
If your plaque is missing, just send us a note and we will rush a replacement to your municipal building. Let everyone know your municipality is a member of the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. Please email Donna Baltz at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a replacement.

The first step to successfully using grants to meet your municipality’s needs is to find the right grant. But navigating the web for the right grant is challenging and cumbersome at best. In this webinar, Tammy Wetzel from Triad Associates will explain how to operate and navigate various grant search engines to help you find the right source of funding for your municipalities needs.

- (3)Three Business Days before the webinar attendees will be sent an e-mail confirmation from “GoToWebinar” or “Danielle Holland-Htut”with a personalized link that will allow them to log in to the webinar at the appointed time.
- At the scheduled time of the webinar, the attendee will click the link provided in the confirmation e-mail and will be automatically directed to the virtual classroom.
Please note, in order to connect to the webinar, you may be required you to install the GoToWebinar Codec. To do this, hit “run” or “launch “when prompted and the codec will automatically install.
6. Please note, attendees must sign on to the webinar at the specified time. Any
attendee that signs in after the start of the webinar may not be eligible for credit.
*For last minute registrations a faxed or e-mailed copy of the check or PO is acceptable.
Cancellations will be accepted until 4:00p.m. three (3) business days prior to the scheduled webinar. Cancellations must be in writing. After the Cancellation Deadline there are no refunds.
If you are unable to participate in the webinar and you would like to transfer your registration to someone else, you must email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 609-695-0151:
a. Name and title of attendee being substituted
b. Name and title of new attendee
c. Date and title of webinar
