RE: Technical Training for Water Infrastructure Resiliency Announced

We have just been advised of the scheduling of valuable technical training for local (municipal and county) and private systems' engineers regarding infrastructure improvements to promote resiliency in rebuilds and upgrades. This session is sponsored by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, NJ Office of Emergency Management, FEMA and Monmouth University.

First half of training will cover items relative to both public and private water industry regarding rebuilding for resiliency (NJDEP); the second half will be specific to those eligible for FEMA Public Assistance (PA): technical training on preparing Project Worksheets (PWs) and mitigation work plans (OEM/ FEMA).
In light of the timing of this alert, we have asked the sponsors to extend the registration deadline until next Tuesday, May 28. We will keep you posted.
