Re:  Choose New Jersey Expands Site Marketing Tool

Dear Mayor:

Earlier this year, we announced the launch of www.ChooseNJSites.com, a searchable database of commercial buildings and sites available throughout New Jersey. ChooseNJSites.com is a powerful tool designed to make it easy to market available commercial or industrial real estate in your municipality to site selectors, corporate executives, and other real estate decision makers.

When we launched the website, we offered all New Jersey Municipalities the ability to post publicly-owned properties (that are authorized for use and ownership transactions) at no cost. Now, we’re opening the website for privately owned properties to be featured free-of-charge, if located in a designated Grow NJ (Newark, Trenton, Passaic, and Paterson) or Urban Hub Transit zones (Camden, East Orange, Elizabeth, Hoboken, Jersey City, Newark, New Brunswick, Paterson and Trenton). We believe this website offers municipalities a highly visible and cost-effective way to market properties for lease or sale – particularly those which are eligible for the greatest amount of incentives.

We encourage you to add a link to www.ChooseNJSites.com on your website and publicize the service through other communications, like newsletters, library resource files, and social media postings.

We look forward to continuing our work together to promote economic development in New Jersey and to increase national and international awareness that New Jersey is a premiere business location.

For more information on how to list properties on the website, please contact Mike Henderson, Research Manager with Choose New Jersey, Inc. at MHenderson@choosenj.com or 609-297-2191.

Very truly yours,

Tracye McDaniel, President & CEO
