Re: Important Conference Cancellation Information

Dear Mayor:

On Wednesday January 9, 2013 as part of the League’s annual conference cancellation insurance claims process, all mayors across the state were surveyed by email through your Municipal Clerk’s office.

The survey has been completed and the response was overwhelming.  The League will not reschedule the 97th Annual League Conference.
The data gathered will help speed the resolution of this process. We hope to have additional progress report out to you next week.
