Hurricane Sandy damaged much of New Jersey and the New Jersey Coastline leaving residents without homes and basic utilities. Many municipalities are now charged with the clean-up and rebuilding of their communities. This seminar, part two of a two part program, will explore the issues of dealing with the loss of ratables and tax assessing issues, the environmental impact, purchasing issues, and how to rebuild.
