Re:    2013 Campaign Contribution Notice

Dear Mayor:

Lt. Governor and Secretary of State Kim Guadagno, in accordance with P.L. 1975 c. 70, sent to all municipal clerks the annual Campaign Contribution Notice.    The Notice states:

“No holder of a public office or position shall demand payment or contribution from another holder of a public office or position for campaign purposes of any candidate or for the use of any political party.”

You may wish to reproduce the Campaign Contribution Notice and distribute to your employees.
