Re:  2012 Annual Legislative Correspondents Club Show

Dear Municipal Official:

The New Jersey Legislative Correspondence Club has extended an invitation to League Members to attend The 2012 Annual Legislative Correspondents Club Show which will be held on Tuesday, May 15, at The Manor, Hamilton Township (Mercer County). The Manor is located on 30 Route 156 in Hamilton New Jersey.

This year's event will once again poke fun at this year's headlines and the folks who make them and will feature such dignitaries as Governor Chris Christie, Former Governors Byrne and Whitman along with members of the State Legislature, Congressional Delegation Governor's Cabinet and many more.

This Annual event is a perfect opportunity for you to network with your fellow colleagues, press as well as other state wide policymakers and others interested in state government. The Club has modified the evening's format to allowing for an extended networking/reception format from 6 p.m. to 7: 45 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. desert and coffee will be served at reserved tables in the ballroom followed by the show.

You may purchase tickets during the week of April 9 through April 13.  Please do not submit your ticket order form before April 9.  Tickets will be collected before you enter the reception area.  Please use the enclosed response form (Word / PDF). Tickets this year are $139 and will be sold via mail. Each table will be set for 12.

Checks should be made payable to New Jersey Press Foundation. Tickets must be paid for in full and a payment must accompany your order. You may pay by credit card. See attached form for details. Any questions should be directed to Peggy Stephan at the NJ Press Foundation, 609 -406-0600 ext 14.

Very truly yours,

William G. Dressel, Jr.
Executive Director
