Re: Annual Business Meeting Date Correction Held at the 96th Annual League Conference

Dear Mayor:

You received a letter dated September 14, 2011 informing you that Pursuant to Section 2 of Article II of the League’s Constitution, you are hereby notified that the League Executive Board will not increase Membership Dues for calendar year 2012 and that while NJLM will not increase membership dues rate for 2012, the 2010 federal census may result in a change in your membership dues amount because your membership dues are based on your municipality’s population.

Please note that the annual business meeting where the proposed 2012 membership dues will be voted on IS NOT
Friday, November 18, 2011.
