Re:    Civil Service Commission
          Recent “Rule of Three” Court Decision

Dear Mayor:

Today, the Civil Service Commission issued the letter below regarding the recent Supreme Court decision on the “Rule of Three”.  They are currently reviewing the rule cited above to determine whether an amendment is necessary in response to the Court’s opinion.
