Re:    CY 2011 Budget and Levy Cap Update Local Finance Notice

All Municipal Clerks and Chief Financial Officers should review the recently released Local Finance Notice 2011-10.  It includes important supplements and clarifications of CY 2011 budget information.  It also includes important information for municipalities planning a levy cap referendum.
